The Security Policy communicates The AIIM Group’s commitment to information security goals.  The AIIM Group’s commitment to security, both logical and physical, for our customers, employees and the public-at-large is demonstrated by our focus on continually improvement and following best practices for all stakeholders.

In meeting this obligation The AIIM Group will:

• Assure the confidentiality and privacy of information of its customers, employees and the public-at-large
• Maintenance of the integrity of information in accordance with industry best practices
• Availability of information to authorized users will be met
• Compliance with all regulatory and legislative security and privacy requirements
• Provide information security training for all staff
• Ensure all breaches of information security, actual or suspected, will be reported to, and investigated by the Chief Security and Privacy Officer
• These programs are the direct responsibility of all of AIIM’s managers, supervisors and employees
• Supervisors / managers ensure secure work conditions are maintained in the workplace
• Employees perform their duties in accordance with AIIM’s security policy and procedures and within all legislative requirements
• To ensure the continuing suitability of this policy, The Management, at the AIIM Group, is committed to reviewing the Security policy statement on an annual basis.
