Customer accounts are generally valid 3 months and renew automatically or upon request unless canceled by the subscriber or by AIIM. Notifications of any upload or download activity and notification for account setup are automatically send to registered email contacts. Password are frequently updated and new passwords will be issued by AIIM as required to ensure the highest security of our customer’s information.

Read the licensing information on the software of your choice. There are many different FTP client software packages under different licensing schemes available: Open Source, Commercial, Freeware, Shareware.
In a corporate environment please check with your Information Technology administrator for proper installation as administrative system privileges maybe required. If your secure transmission connection fails to list the remote AIIM FTP directory or the connections fails to allow write access you are likely behind a firewall and you cannot use this feature. Disable TLS/SSL for your transmission to function and/or contact the Information Technology representative for your network.
