This policy outlines the Company’s principal commitments and ways in which it intends to continually improve its environmental performance.

AIIM is committed to:

• Comply with all relevant legal and corporate requirements.

• Establish and maintain controls and programs to provide environmental safeguards for our workplace and community.

• Optimize the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) approach in its pollution prevention strategy by adopting products and processes that allow for reduction at source, and the reuse and recycling of waste materials and by-products.

• Train, motivate, and educate its employees to ensure their support in implementing this policy.

• Ensure wastes when generated are properly disposed of in a safe and environmentally sound manner.

• Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and various stakeholders (government, industry, community, etc.) to improve the protection of the environment.

• Moving AIIM from “best practices” to an Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14000 in order to complement our current ISO 9001-2000 quality program.
